The eastern door from FEB 1 leads directly into this area. This room is 10 yards wide and 10 yards long. The area is not lit (-7 Darkness penalty).
This room used to house soldiers, it is full of old bunks, small tables and chairs that have become brittle and cob-webbed with age. The floor is iron plated, the walls are smooth grey stone and the ceiling is crumbling brick.
A big horde of Nx4 Doomchildren lurk in this area, a disposable front guard for the demons inhabiting the dungeon floor. They are all scattered around the area, some hiding under furniture, ready to crawl out and attack when the delvers are detected. Others will leap and scurry on top of furniture, closing in with horrible screeches and giggles. Adventurers should get the feeling that the pack of demons is coming in from all directions.
On the eastern wall of the room, there’s an unlocked standard door leading directly to another area.
